Find supervisees online and fill your supervision group
Recruiting supervisees usually means word of mouth, a directory listing that never gets read, and a stream of one-line enquiries that go nowhere. Reflect Together lets you list an online supervisor-led group, see each applicant's full clinical profile before you reply, and decide who joins — for £5 a year, with no commission on your fees.
£5 a year
One small yearly membership. No per-supervisee charge, no commission, no cut of your fees.
You choose
Every application comes to you alone. Accept, decline, or wait for a better fit.
Real profiles
Modality, qualification level, client work, communities of focus and availability, shown before you reply.
How supervisee recruitment works here
Declare your supervision practice
Add your supervision qualification, training provider, years supervising and the model you work with — seven-eyed, cyclical, developmental, or your own integrative blend. Takes about two minutes.
Open a 1-to-1 or group listing
Choose individual supervision or a group, then set modality focus, capacity, cadence, meeting format, time zone and a short note about your fees. Your listing appears in its own supervisor-led tab, so counsellors know it is professionally facilitated rather than peer-run.
Review applications on your terms
Counsellors apply with a full clinical profile: qualification level, age groups, client configurations, communities of focus, availability and what they want from supervision. You accept or decline alone — no peer voting, no chasing emails.
Contract directly in the group chat
Accepted supervisees join the group chat immediately, so you can settle dates, contracting and payment with them straight away — outside the platform, on your own terms.

Reflect Together is run single-handedly by Antonios Georgiadis, a BACP-registered therapist. The £5 a year covers hosting and running costs — nothing more.
Being honest about where we are
Reflect Together is new. There are no inflated member counts or invented testimonials on this page, because there is nothing yet to inflate. What there is: a working platform, counsellors joining supervision groups, and a founder who is a practising therapist and answers emails personally. Early supervisors get first pick of the supervisees arriving through the peer circles already running here.
Common questions from supervisors
How do I find supervisees online?
Create a free supervisor profile on Reflect Together, open a supervisor-led group with your modality focus, capacity and cadence, and counsellors looking for supervision apply to you directly with a full clinical profile. You accept or decline each application yourself.
What does it cost to list a supervision group?
There are no listing fees, no commission and no per-supervisee charges. Reflect Together costs £5 a year for every member, supervisors included, and you can cancel anytime. That is the only platform cost.
Do you take a cut of my supervision fees?
No. You set your own rates, contract directly with each supervisee, and take payment however you normally do. Reflect Together never handles supervision fees.
Are supervisors verified?
Supervision credentials are self-declared and shown on your listing as 'Supervisor (self-declared)'. If you are still training as a supervisor you can say so on your profile, and your listing carries a clear 'Supervisor in training' label alongside the course you are on. We ask supervisees to request sight of qualifications and insurance before contracting, exactly as they would offline.
Can I offer 1-to-1 supervision as well as groups?
Yes. When you create a listing you choose 1-to-1 supervision or group supervision. A 1-to-1 listing holds a single supervisee and closes automatically once you accept them; a group listing takes the capacity you set — most online supervision groups run with four to six supervisees — and closes when it is full.
