Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms set out the rules for using Reflect Together. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. About the platform
Reflect Together is a tool to help counsellors and psychotherapists form small online peer and supervisor-led supervision groups. It is owned and operated by Antonios Georgiadis as a freelance operator based in England, United Kingdom.
Contact: antogeorgiadis@gmail.com
2. Eligibility
To use Reflect Together, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a qualified or trainee counsellor, psychotherapist or closely related practitioner.
- Register with accurate, truthful information about your credentials and experience.
- Not misrepresent your professional status, qualifications or insurance.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts if we believe the information provided is false or misleading.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account with anyone else. If you suspect your account has been compromised, let us know immediately at the contact email above.
You can update or delete your profile at any time. Deleting your account may not remove messages you have already sent in group chat, because those messages are shared with other members.
4. Supervision, not clinical advice
Reflect Together is a platform for peer supervision, peer support, and introductions to clinical supervisors. It is not a substitute for professional clinical supervision, therapy, legal advice, or any other professional service. Members are responsible for their own practice decisions, professional registration, insurance, and ethical obligations. We do not vet or endorse members' professional competence.
5. Member conduct
You agree to use the platform in a professional, respectful and confidential manner. You must not:
- Share confidential client information, identifiable case material, or any data that could breach client confidentiality.
- Harass, bully, discriminate against, or intimidate other members.
- Use the platform to advertise, solicit clients, or promote services unrelated to supervision.
- Share harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
- Attempt to bypass security, access other users' accounts, or misuse the platform's infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
Group members decide together who joins their circle. Existing members must unanimously approve a join request. We are not responsible for any decisions made by a group about membership.
6. Payments
Some platform features require a membership, currently £5 per year, billed as a recurring subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal, and your membership then runs to the end of the paid year. The fee is kept as low as possible to cover hosting, maintenance and ongoing improvements. Payments already taken are final unless there is a clear error or a legal right to refund. Browsing open groups is free. Members who joined before yearly membership was introduced, and founding members, keep their access for good at no further cost.
7. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of any content you post. By posting content on the platform, you grant us a limited licence to host, display and transmit it as needed to operate the service. The platform name, branding, code and design belong to Antonios Georgiadis.
8. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, put other members at risk, or if we need to comply with legal requirements. You can also close your account at any time. If you are the last member to leave a group, the group will be closed but retained so you can reopen it later if you wish.
9. Limitation of liability
We run the platform with care, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free or meet every member's expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antonios Georgiadis will not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage arising from: your use of the platform; any member's conduct or the content they share; any supervision decisions, advice or outcomes reached in a group; or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
This does not affect any statutory rights you cannot waive, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or through a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are intended to be a fair, practical framework for a small UK platform. They are not a substitute for legal advice. Please have a solicitor review them before relying on them for your practice.
