Reflect Together helps UK practitioners form small online supervision groups — either a peer circle where members supervise each other, or a supervisor-led group hosted by a qualified clinical supervisor. You are matched on the things that actually matter: modality, the client work you do, and when you can meet.
Two kinds of group
Peer circles
Practitioners of broadly similar experience supervise one another. There is no facilitator fee. Every existing member approves a new joiner, so the group stays something the members chose rather than something they were assigned.
Supervisor-led groups
A qualified clinical supervisor hosts the group, reviews applications, and sets their own fee, agreed directly with you. Supervisors can open a group here.

How many people are in a group?
Groups are deliberately small. Each group sets its own target size, chat unlocks at two members, and the group is marked closed once it is full.
Does group supervision count towards my hours?
That depends on your professional body's requirements and, for supervisor-led groups, on your supervisor. Check your own body's current supervision policy before relying on a group for required hours.
What does it cost?
