How Reflect Together works
Supervision should feel simple, safe, and flexible. Here is the journey from signing up to sitting down with your group — whether that is a peer circle you form with fellow practitioners or a supervisor-led group — and how you can close, leave, or reopen a group as your needs change.
Create your detailed profile
Sign up with email or Google and tell us about your practice: professional body, modality, years of experience, highest level of study, qualification title, training provider, age groups, client configurations, and the communities you work with. This helps us match you with peers who fit clinically and culturally.
Browse open groups for free
Explore two kinds of listing: peer circles, formed by practitioners supervising each other, and supervisor-led supervision hosted by a clinical supervisor — qualified, or in training and clearly labelled as such — either 1-to-1 or in a small group. Browse, filter by modality, and see compatibility badges before paying anything.
Become a member to take part
When you are ready to create a group or request to join one, membership costs £5 a year and you can cancel anytime. Right now the first 30 members join free and keep their access for good — complete your profile while places last and access is granted automatically, with nothing to pay. Browsing always stays free; you only pay when you actively want to participate.
Request to join, or apply
In a peer circle, every existing member is asked to approve your join request before you enter, so the circle stays trusted. In a supervisor-led group you apply, and the supervisor reviews your profile and decides — fees and contracting are agreed directly with them.
Chat opens at two members
Once a group has at least two members, a private group chat becomes available. Use it to agree on a time to meet, which platform to use, and what link to share. If the group ever drops below two members, the chat becomes read-only until someone rejoins.
Leave, close, or reopen your circle
Members can leave a circle at any time. If the last member leaves, the group closes and becomes empty rather than disappearing. The creator can always find it in My Circles and reopen it when they are ready to start again.
